Ghalibaf: Iran attended talks without trust in US

Iran does not trust the United States and has stated that it went to Islamabad with a stance of goodwill but without trust.

Axar.az reports, citing Fars News, Iranian Parliament, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said that he told U.S. Vice President JD Vance in Islamabad that Iran has “no trust” in the United States, despite attending talks in good faith.

He also referred to a previous tweet in which he stated that Iran would attend talks with goodwill but without trust, adding that Iran does not trust the United States.

He added that while Iran has not been a war-seeking country, it is prepared for war and remains fully ready if necessary.
