Putin orders response measures after Starobilsk strike

Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed the Russian Defense Ministry to prepare proposals in response to a strike by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on Starobilsk in Luhansk.

Axar.az reports, citing Russian media, the instruction includes assessing the attack on civilian infrastructure, including a student dormitory.

The statement said the Defense Ministry was tasked with submitting proposals following the strike attributed to the Ukrainian Armed Forces on targets in Starobilsk.
