Tehran issues indictment against Reza Pahlavi

Iran's judiciary has issued an indictment against exiled opposition figure Reza Pahlavi and several individuals affiliated with the Iran International and Manoto television networks.

Axar.az informs, citing ISNA, Tehran Prosecutor Ali Salehi said the defendants are accused of helping create the conditions for unrest that took place in Iran on January 8 and 9, 2026.

Salehi said the indictment has been completed and that the case will be referred to the competent court for judicial proceedings in the coming days.
