Houthis claim drone attack on Saudi airport

Yemen’s Houthi group said that that it carried out a drone strike on a “sensitive target” at Saudi Arabia's Najran Airport.

Axar.az reports military spokesman Yahya Saree wrote on X that the attack accurately hit its intended target.

The group said the strike was carried out in response to what it described as Saudi drone incursions into Yemeni airspace over the Saada and Hajjah governorates.

"We reaffirm to the Saudi side that any violation of our airspace will not go unanswered and will be met with retaliation," the statement said.
