Magnitude 4.5 earthquake hits Iran

A magnitude 4.5 earthquake struck near the city of Hoseyniyeh in Iran’s Khuzestan province this morning.

Axar.az reports, citing Iranian media, that the earthquake was felt in border areas of Khuzestan, Ilam and Lorestan provinces in western and southwestern Iran.

There have been no reports of deaths, injuries or damage so far.
