Russia has asked Washington to explain the role of U.S. intelligence in Ukraine’s strikes on our civilian facilities, including our oil refineries.

Axar.az informs, citing local media, that Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov made the remarks in an interview with the Russian Television and Radio Broadcasting Company.

“We are not issuing an ultimatum. We have sent a number of questions to the U.S. State Department and asked it to comment, among other things, on intelligence information, as well as on the United States’ increasingly significant involvement in organizing and carrying out strikes against civilian facilities deep inside Russian territory. We will await the response,” he said.
