US President Donald Trump, in response to requests to allow Ukraine to use the Starlink satellite communications system for strikes deep into Russian territory, advised Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to contact Elon Musk directly.

Axar.az reports, citing Izvestia, that this was reported on September 23 by Newsmax journalist Naya Sajaya, citing sources.

According to the journalist, during a meeting with the American leader, Zelensky declared Kyiv's readiness for an energy truce. During the negotiations, the Ukrainian side also raised the issue of the possibility of using Starlink to carry out attacks on targets deep in Russia.

It should be noted that Musk previously refused to allow Ukraine to use Starlink to carry out strikes deep inside Russian territory.
