Polish President Karol Nawrocki presented Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan with a sword during their meeting in New York, months after Erdogan gave him and other leaders custom-engraved revolvers at the NATO summit in Ankara.

Axar.az reports, citing Turkiye Today, that the exchange took place as Erdogan and Nawrocki met Tuesday at the Turkish House, or Turkevi Center, on the sidelines of the 81st session of the U.N. General Assembly.

Erdogan had presented leaders attending the NATO summit in Ankara in July with Turkish-made revolvers engraved with their names as gifts. Nawrocki was among the leaders who received one.
