My expectations from Putin are very different.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

"Unfortunately, the regime in Syria poses a threat to us in the south of our country. As close countries, I expect different approaches from Mr Putin, or rather Russia, as demand for our solidarity. We must fight this together in the south. Apparently, the United States is not interested in Syria", Erdogan said.

He continued: "Who is here now? Iran, Russia and us. If we want to turn it into a pool of peace, we must talk to each other. We will discuss them. We are trying to further develop our bilateral relations with Russia. Our goal is to reach a trading volume of $ 100 billion".
