The OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs are planning to visit the conflict zone again, but the exact date of the visit is still unknown, RIA Novosti cited the Russian co-chair of the OSCE MG Igor Popov as saying on Tuesday.

The diplomat said that the date of visit is being discussed by the parties, based on their work schedule.

Popov recalled that the Minsk Group held a regular meeting in Vienna July 11 with the participation of ambassadors of the co-chair countries.

“Generally, all of these meetings are dedicated to recent mediation efforts made by the co-chairs and the outcome of the St. Petersburg summit. My colleagues from the US and France briefed on the opinions of Francois Hollande and John Kerry. We also talked about how to build further mediation work,” said the Russian co-chairs.

The last visit of the OSCE MG co-chairs to the region took place on April 5.
