Axar.az reports that Russian MFA spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said these words while commenting on the statement of Armen Grigoryan, secretary of the Armenian Cabinet of Ministers, regarding the position of her country on the withdrawal of communications from the bloc, the CSTO and the weapons purchased by Armenia.

As for the opening of communications in the region, the official representative of the Russian MFA noted that this issue is being thoroughly worked out by the Deputy Prime Ministers of Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan.

He added that he does not think it is right to respond to Grigoryan's comment about control in the border areas:
