The operational picture of the war in Ukraine remains extremely complex. Fierce fighting continues in several sectors of the front.
Axar.az reports that this is stated in the daily intelligence review of the British Ministry of Defense.
"In most areas, the initiative belongs to Ukraine. It appears that Russian forces are still under orders to attack as soon as possible. Chechen units have tried unsuccessfully to capture the town of Marinka, near Donetsk, where the frontline has seen little change since 2015. "After the collapse of the Kakhovka dam on June 7, the flood level in the lower reaches of the Dnieper River continued to rise, but it will begin to decrease on June 8."
It is noted that the fire has complicated some attempts to evacuate people from flooded areas
