Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan met with Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili within the framework of the UN General Assembly in New York.

Axar.az reports that the "Anadolu" agency has published information about this.

During the meeting, Erdogan proposed to increase the volume of bilateral trade between the two countries to 5 billion dollars.

Emphasizing the importance of implementing the Middle Corridor, President Erdogan emphasized the importance of closing Fethullah Gulen's schools in Georgia and freezing his assets and praised the steps taken by the Georgian side in this direction.
