The European Union now imposes its mediation services on Azerbaijan and Armenia, and together with the United States, is destabilizing the South Caucasus region.

Axar.az reports that Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said this at the general political discussion of the 78th session of the UN General Assembly.

"Now Brussels, together with Washington, is applying mediation services to Azerbaijan and Armenia, causing destabilization in the South Caucasus," Lavrov said.
