USA suspends 390 million aid to Tbilisi

The United States will thoroughly evaluate Georgia regarding its adoption of the "Foreign Agents" law.

Axar.az reports that US State Department spokesman Matthew Miller said this.

According to him, the provision of financial support to the country, as well as the application of stricter visa regime rules for individual citizens of Georgia, should be reconsidered:

"The suspension of 390 million dollars of aid to Georgia is being discussed. If the Georgian government now sees the US and other Western partners not as partners, but as enemies, we should reconsider all this."
