US Air Force Secretary Frank Kendall will meet with Lithuanian Defense Minister Laurinas Kasciunas in Vilnius on Wednesday.

Axar.az reports that the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Lithuania released information about this.

"On August 21, US Air Force Secretary Frank Kendall will pay an official visit to Lithuania.

On Wednesday, he will meet with Minister of National Defense Laurinas Kasciunas, as well as representatives of the Lithuanian army. During the bilateral meeting, they will discuss the security situation in the region, the effectiveness of the US military presence as a deterrent to Russia, the strengthening of air defense capabilities, military procurement, and the situation in Ukraine," the statement said.
