The Ukrainian army has achieved further successes in Russia's Kursk region.

Axar.az iforms that this information is reported in a report by the U.S. Institute for the Study of War.

'Ukrainian forces have struck Russian pontoon bridges and engineering equipment over the Seym River in the Glushkov district. Satellite images show that on August 19, Ukrainian troops destroyed at least one pontoon bridge over the Seym.

Some Russian military bloggers have claimed that Ukrainian troops have captured Vyshnevka. Even the Russian Ministry of Defense subtly acknowledged Ukraine's successes in the Vyshnevka area in a report released on August 19,' the report states.
