After Ukraine's attack on Kursk region, Russia will not engage in any negotiations with Ukraine until the enemy is completely defeated.

Axar.az reports that Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, stated this.

'After the neo-Nazis committed an act of terrorism in Kursk region, everything fell into place. The mediators' empty talk about a beautiful world has come to an end. Now everyone understands everything, even if they don't say it out loud. They understand that no negotiations will take place until the enemy is completely defeated,' Medvedev said.
