Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize for 2024.

Axar.az report that this was reported by the Reuters agency.

It was noted that a total of 286 candidates have been nominated for the prize.

Among the favorites are the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees, the International Court of Justice, and UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres. Pope Francis has also been nominated.

Additionally, bookmakers consider Russian politician Alexei Navalny, who passed away in February, a favorite. However, he cannot receive the award posthumously, making this impossible.
