The UK has already sent £150 million ($200 million) worth of air defence equipment and artillery shells to Ukraine from a £700 million ($940 million) aid package planned for this year.
Axar.az reports that this was stated in a statement issued by the UK Ministry of Defence.
The statement states that the funding will also be used to purchase new unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), as well as to repair and maintain previously sent weapons.
UK Defence Secretary John Healey said that London is ready to participate in the implementation of US President Donald Trump's plan to purchase American weapons for Ukraine.
