Ali Larijani, the chief advisor to the Supreme Leader of Iran, had a good meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin during his visit to Moscow and conveyed the message of the Tehran leadership to him.
Axar.az reports that this was stated by the official representative of the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Esmaeil Baqaei.
According to him, Larijani and Putin discussed bilateral relations:
"During his visit to Moscow, Larijani conveyed to Putin the message of the Iranian leadership reflecting Tehran's general positions and views on the situation in the Middle East, global processes, and bilateral relations. He had a good meeting with Putin. Both the bilateral agenda and a wide range of topical issues were discussed, including the situation in the Middle East over the past 3-4 weeks."
It should be noted that the other day, Russian President Vladimir Putin received Larijani in the Kremlin.
