Iran does not seek war and nuclear weapons, as the country's doctrine rejects the use of such weapons.

Axar.az informs that Iranian President Massoud Pezeshkian said this during a meeting with foreign diplomats.

"We are not trying to create nuclear weapons. Verifying this is a simple task," he said.

The Iranian president said he did not object to additional inspections.
