The Ukrainian Armed Forces' strike on the Sudzha gas metering station in the Kursk region demonstrates Kyiv's complete inability to negotiate and its lack of desire for peace.

Axar.az reports this was stated by Maria Zakharova, the official spokesperson of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

"Clearly, with such actions, Kyiv once again proves its complete inability to negotiate, as well as its unwillingness to achieve peace," Zakharova said.

She added that despite the U.S.-brokered agreement not to attack energy infrastructure, Kyiv continues its strikes. On March 19, an oil depot in Kuban was hit, and on March 21, the Sudzha gas metering station in the Kursk region was targeted.

She warned that if the Kyiv regime continues this destructive course, Russia reserves the right to take countermeasures, including symmetrical responses.
