Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has long been trying to get US President Donald Trump to start a war against Iran.

Axar.az reports that this was written by Russian Senator Alexei Pushkov on his Telegram channel.

“Tensions around Iran are growing. Netanyahu has long wanted the US to start a war to destroy Iran's ability to create nuclear weapons. It feels like he is closer to his goal now than ever,” Pushkov said.

According to him, over the past 30 years, each US president has had his war:

“Clinton had a war against Yugoslavia, Bush Jr. had a war against Iraq and Afghanistan, Obama had a war against Libya and Syria, and Biden had a war against Russia in Ukraine. So far, Trump is the only US president who has not started his war. Will Trump start his war against Iran?”
