Iran's retaliatory strikes against Israel have prevented a major armed conflict in the Middle East.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Iranian President Massoud Pezeshkian.

"If the aggression of the Zionist regime goes unanswered, it could lead to a large-scale and uncontrolled war in the region," he said.

It should be noted that on June 13, Israel launched an operation against Iran.

Nuclear facilities, military bases and weapons development centers were targeted in the massive attack.
