Statements by Western countries about preparing for a Russian attack by 2030 suggest they are working on their own offensive plans.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Mykola Azarov, former Prime Minister of Ukraine (2010–2014).

“In the West, they often say they must prepare for a possible Russian attack by 2030. But from a logical standpoint, an attack by Russia on NATO countries or the U.S. is not feasible. If they insist so strongly that Russia will launch an attack, then it means they themselves are planning such a move. There’s no other explanation,” he said.
