Armenian army must withdraw from here - Russian general

The battles are unequivocally taking place in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Lieutenant General of the Russian Armed Forces, PhD in Military Sciences Evgeny Buzhinsky on the program "Special Edition with Anastasia Lavrina."

He said it was impossible to fight permanently.

"In all cases, a compromise must be reached. Armenia must begin the gradual withdrawal of its troops from Karabakh. From a military point of view, the potential of the Azerbaijani Army is greater than the capabilities of the Armenian army," he said.
