Azerbaijan-Russia business forum held in Baku

An Azerbaijani-Russian business forum has been held in Baku.

In his remarks, Minister of Economy Shahin Mustafayev said Azerbaijani-Russian relations were developing. He stressed that cooperation between the two countries rose to the level of strategic partnership. The Minister noted that Azerbaijan was successfully cooperating with Russia’s federal subjects, including the Republic of Dagestan.

“Azerbaijan is Dagestan’s traditional trade partner, and the main consumer of food products imported from Dagestan.”

Mr Mustafayev said trade between Azerbaijan and Dagestan grew compared with the last year.
