The lira fell sharply

The Turkish lira has reached its historical minimum.

Axar.az reports that currently 1 dollar has risen to 24.65 lira.

Euro is offered for 26.6 lira.

It should be noted that until this morning, the dollar was around 23.6 lira. During the day, the dollar became more expensive than 1 lira.

It was noticed that this was especially against the background of the Central Bank raising the interest rate from 8.5 to 15 today.
