After the Ukrainian Armed Forces seized Gazprom's main pumping station for Europe, the price of gas in Europe rose to the highest level since December.

Axar.az reports that this was written by "Moscow Times".

According to information, on Wednesday the price of gas in Europe increased by 5.5% and reached $445 per 1000 cubic meters.

According to the publication, the price increase occurred against the background of the fighting in the Kursk region.

On Wednesday morning, units of the Ukrainian army entered the Kursk region and by the end of the day had advanced about 25 km and captured dozens of settlements, as well as the Suja pumping station.
