Yeni Yashma wind power station" will soon be connected to the "Azerenergy" JSC network.

It was informed by the Deputy Chairman of the State Agency on Alternative and Renewable Energy Sources Nurali Yusifbayli.

According to N. Yusifbayli, works carried out in connection with the above-mentioned plant now nearing completion: " We have done some work there. Perhaps in the coming weeks, this month or early next month, the station will be connected to the network. The plant has a capacity of 50 MW. At present, there are some organizational problems."

Agency spokesman noted that discussions on alternative energy tariffs continued with the Tariff Council: "Discussions are held with the Council on the fares. It is the policy of the government, government will announce the prices."
