Gazprom's stock price falls 2.4%, hits new low

Gazprom’s stock price has fallen to its lowest level since January 2009, when the company's shares were valued at 101.64 rubles.

Axar.az, citing TASS, reports that as of 16:32 Moscow time, Gazprom's shares had decreased by 2.4%, dropping to 106.1 rubles.

It has been suggested that the decline in Gazprom’s stock price could be attributed to the sanctions imposed by the United States on December 17.
