Scientists: sugar is harmful to the brain

You know, sugar is damage to the body, especially the teeth. According to many people, sugar is harmless and even beneficial to the brain. Australian and Indian scientists said that this opinion is wrong. According to researches, sweet drinks impact on the brain.

People who have been Participant and observer of hock events in a child, they more suffering from various mental disorders are already proven. The experts explained this with separation of the hormone cortisol. This hormone creating change in the brain and caused weakened memory.

Experiments were divided rats into four groups and a series of experiments conducted on them. They give sweet water to the rodents after that studied their brain. In the comparison the hormone cortisol is higher than brain of normal rats. Experts believe that using of sweet drinks can be a warning for kids and to their parents.
