This vaccine will be called "Karabakh"

Corresponding member of ANAS, Professor Tarlan Mammadov noted that they have prepared two RBD and one cocktail-based vaccine against COVID-19.

Axar.az informs that Tarlan Mammadov said this during an online seminar on "Production and preclinical evaluation of COVID-19 vaccines and therapeutic proteins synthesized in plants.

He stressed that these vaccines are very effective against Delta and Omicron variants (with more than 60 mutations) and, in general, can be resistant to all future mutations.

When the work on this vaccine is completed, "we plan to call it Karabakh," said Professor Tarlan Mammadov.
