France has already seen four weekends of unrest after thousands took to the streets in Paris to protest high fuel prices. As demonstrations turned violent, the protesters smashed store windows and set cars on fire, prompting police to use tear gas and water cannons.

Axar.az report France media.

France is bracing for the fifth weekend of unrest — called Acte 5: Macron Démission (Act 5: Macron's Resignation) — as the Yellow Vests are set to hold another rally on Saturday, with 70,000 police officers being mobilised ahead of the demonstrations.

According to the organizers of the protests, this weekend the Yellow Vests are rallying "for social justice and tax, for a real democracy, for equal rights, for a true ecological transition."
