A magnitude 5.8 earthquake shook the Garliova district of Bingol, Turkey.
Axar.az reports that, this was reported by the Kandilli Observatory.
The epicenter was reported at a depth of 5 kilometers. It was noted that people took to the streets after the tremors.
No casualties or damage have been reported so far.
According to Turkish Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu, one security guard was crushed and two others were injured when a watchtower overturned in Garliova.

Another earthquake (4.7 magnitude) occurred in Bingol.
It was reported that more than 10 houses were destroyed after the first earthquake. Special teams were sent to the areas destroyed during the earthquake.
