The information spread by the Armenian side about the alleged firing of the units of the Azerbaijani Army at the military facility and vehicle equipment of the Russian Armed Forces located in Goycha province is completely false and does not reflect the truth.

"By disseminating such information, the Armenian side aims to dress the large-scale provocations it has committed on the Azerbaijan-Armenia state border with an international garb and use the Collective Security Treaty Organization as a tool for its dirty deeds.

We once again inform that the Azerbaijani Army only takes retaliatory measures against the legitimate military targets of the Armenian armed forces in order to prevent large-scale provocations," the information stated.
