U.S. President Donald Trump commented on a social media post about former President Barack Obama and his wife that had been deleted earlier.

Axar.az reports that Trump responded to journalists’ questions on the matter.

The President said he reviewed the post but only looked at its first part:

“The post was about election fraud in the state of Georgia and voting machines. In the end, there was a picture that people didn’t like. I wouldn’t have liked it either, but I hadn’t seen it.”

Trump added that he forwarded the first part of the post, which dealt with election fraud and systemic issues, to the relevant authorities:

“Usually they check all the content, but apparently no one did, and the post was published. We then deleted it afterwards.”
