Azerbaijan, Russia discuss bilateral cooperation

A meeting took place between Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin and Azerbaijan’s ambassador to Russia, Rahman Mustafayev.

Axar.az reports, according to the Russian Foreign Ministry, during the meeting, the two officials discussed prospects for bilateral cooperation in trade, economic, and cultural-humanitarian fields in the context of upcoming intergovernmental contacts.

The officials noted a mutual interest in continuing effective joint efforts to further strengthen comprehensive Russia-Azerbaijan relations and allied activities, as well as to ensure security and develop cooperation in the South Caucasus and Caspian regions.
