DPRK leader Kim Jong-il is planning to visit Russia to support Donald Trampla after the failed summit in Hanoye.
Axar.az informs that, South Korea's The Dong-Il Ilbo newspaper reported on Thursday.
"Kim Jong's striving to go to Russia to demonstrate a close relationship with Moscow on the unsuccessful summit," said Andrew Kim, the head of the Center for Korean Programs at the Central Intelligence Agency, in a speech in a closed lecture in Seoul.
The newspaper writes that intensification of relations between China and Russia can serve as an example.
According to him, in March of this year high-ranking North Korean diplomats have already visited Moscow three times.
