Ilham Aliyev had a video call with Georgian President

At the initiative of the Georgian side, President of Georgia Salome Zurabishvili and President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev spoke in a video conference.

Axar.az presents reports that during the conversation it was noted that Azerbaijan and Georgia are important participants in the international transit corridor, and the importance of continuing trade relations and transit-transport work was stressed.

The President of Georgia thanked Georgia for its solidarity yesterday. President Ilham Aliyev stressed the importance of solidarity between our countries and peoples in the context of the coronavirus pandemic, as always. The heads of state exchanged views on measures taken to combat the coronavirus pandemic and the work to be done in this direction.
