On September 29, the next claims put forward by Armenia in the International Court of Justice for the purpose of determining temporary measures in the court case regarding the application of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (Armenia vs. Azerbaijan) are completely groundless and absurd.

Axar.az reports that Aykhan Hajizadeh, the spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, said this.

According to him, these new claims aimed at inciting and promoting racial hatred against Azerbaijanis, ignoring the fact that Armenia has not given up its claims against the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Azerbaijan, and the previous decision of the International Court of Justice on the mentioned case, are completely unacceptable:

"Armenia is abusing the International Court of Justice, just like the UN Security Council, for its insidious political agenda. This year alone, Armenia has applied to this court for the 3rd time. It should be noted that 2 out of 3 petitions submitted by Armenia in January was rejected, 1 was granted in a limited form, and the petitions submitted in May were unanimously rejected by the judges in July. The Azerbaijani side will submit its position to the relevant court, which reflects Armenia's strong answers to these new baseless claims.
