The President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Gasim-Jomart Tokayev visited Azerbaijan on July 6 in order to participate in the informal summit meeting of the heads of state of the Organization of Turkic States (OST) to be held in Shusha.

Axar.az reports that an honor guard was lined up in honor of the high-ranking guest at the Fuzuli International Airport, where national flags of OST member countries were flying.

President of Kazakhstan Gasim-Jomart Tokayev was welcomed by First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Yagub Eyyubov, special representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Emin Huseynov in Aghdam, Fuzuli and Khojavend regions, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Samir Sharifov and other officials.
