Armenia is utilizing the Peace Fund for arms and is receiving free weapons from France. This is a serious issue.

Axar.az reports that President Ilham Aliyev stated this during his speech at the first session of the VII convocation of the National Assembly.

Recalling that Azerbaijan's conditions remain unchanged.

"Those supplying weapons to Armenia must understand that they will bear direct responsibility for all future events. Naturally, official territorial claims against us must come to an end. Amendments should be made to their Constitution, and the Minsk Group must be dissolved," the head of state noted.
