The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, met with Anne Beate Tvinnereim, Norway's Minister of International Development, within the framework of the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP29) to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change.

Axar.az reports that according to information from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs , the meeting discussed opportunities for cooperation between Azerbaijan and Norway under the presidency of COP29, as well as regional issues.

Jeyhun Bayramov provided information on the COP29 presidency agenda and Azerbaijan's initiatives in combating climate change and climate financing.
