In Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, the weather will be partly cloudy, occasionally overcast, and mainly dry. However, intermittent rain is expected in some areas at night and in the morning.

Axar.az reports that according to the National Hydrometeorology Service, short-term showers are likely in some parts of the Absheron Peninsula in the morning. The northwesterly wind, which will strengthen occasionally, is expected to moderate during the day.

In Azerbaijan's regions, intermittent precipitation, thunderstorms, and snowfall in mountainous areas are expected on November 17.

The temperature will be 8–10°C at night and 10–12°C during the day. Atmospheric pressure will rise from 761 mmHg to 767 mmHg. Relative humidity will be 70–80%.

Intense localized showers and hail are expected in some areas. Precipitation will gradually stop in most regions during the day. Occasional fog is forecast. The westerly wind will occasionally strengthen at night and in the morning.

The temperature in the regions will be 2–7°C at night and 10–15°C during the day, while in mountainous areas it will be -3 to -8°C at night and 0 to -3°C during the day.
