On November 21, 2024, a telephone conversation was held between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, and Badr Abdelatty, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Axar.az informs that it was released by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

During the telephone conversation, the importance of further development of friendly relations based on mutual trust, bilateral and multilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Egypt was emphasized.

Discussions at the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change highlighted the global significance of this event, its role in combating climate change, and the potential for enhanced Azerbaijan-Egypt cooperation in the field of green energy.

The importance of improving coordination within the framework of international organizations and multilateral formats, and increasing joint efforts in areas that are in the interests of our countries was noted.
