A telephone conversation took place between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Bakhtiyor Saidov.

It was reported that J. Bayramov congratulated his colleague Bakhtiyor Saidov on his re-appointment as Minister of Foreign Affairs and wished him continued success in his work.

The ministers discussed the issues on the cooperation agenda within the framework of relations of brotherhood, friendship and alliance between the two countries, as well as the current regional situation.

Issues of cooperation and mutual support were emphasized in the telephone conversation, as well as on international platforms.
