Azerbaijan has expressed condolences to Pakistan over the terrorist attack in the country.

Axar.az reports that this was stated in a post on the X account of Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs:

"We are shocked by the tragic news of the armed attack on civilians in Kurram area, Pakistan, which resulted in many deaths and injuries. We express heartfelt condolences to the families of victims, and the government of Pakistan over this appalling attack."

It should be noted that at least 38 people were killed and several others injured when unidentified gunmen opend fire on passenger vehicles in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa's (K-P) Kurram district on Thursday.
