President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory letter to Dina Ercilia Boluarte Zegarra, President of the Republic of Peru, on the occasion of her country’s national holiday – Independence Day.

In his letter, the head of state said: “I believe that the relations between Azerbaijan and Peru will continue to develop and expand in the spirit of friendship and cooperation, in line with the will of our peoples.”
